Sierra la Laguna - Rancho La Rueda

This stage begins at the pine forest at the top of Sierra la Laguna Nationa Park, perched at an altitude of 2000 meters. The trail offers expansive views of the surrounding landscape, blending rugged mountains and hints of the pacific coastline in the distance. It is a challenging day dominated by steep and technical descent, dropping from the top to 500 meters over steep terrain.

The stage concludes at the traditional Rancho La Rueda, where a hearty dinner awaits, setting the tone for the final push toward the coast.
